Three of the Best Cases for the iPhone Six

We’ve previously spoken about the best waterproof cases for the Samsung S6 Edge so now, to save iPhone users from jealousy, we’ve decided to write a similar article regarding the best cases for the iPhone Six.

Such an expensive smartphone deserves adequate protection. All too often you will see an iPhone user with the dubious badge of honour that is a cracked screen. But how do you prevent such occurrences from happening to you phone? A case is a good start, just as not dropping it is too.

While cases don’t offer fool proof protection, they do afford the user a lot more protection than leaving the, frankly flimsy, iPhone six unprotected. So here are three we would recommend the discerning user get:

  • Rokform- V3 – $39.99

Rokform are renowned for producing durable, sports cases that feature the ability to ‘mount’ upon various surfaces thanks to the magnetic back of each case.

Whether it’s your bike handlebars, a work surface or your car dashboard this is a pretty useful feature and one which is all the more impressive when you factor in the fact that the V3 is a shockproof case too.

With a simple snap in installation this is a decent case for anyone looking for good protection and a highly practical cover, but the bulky aesthetic may not be to everyone’s taste.

  • Pad & Quill – Luxury Pocket Book – $89.99

At the other end of the scale is Pad & Quill’s luxurious offering. It might not deliver the same practical mount system or the protection of the V3 but it’s an undeniably good looking case.

The iPhone itself sits in a wooden cradle which is surrounded by the leather ‘flip’ exterior. The flip cover is secured by an elasticated seal, so it does afford some protection; but the focus seems to be on style more than anything.

That said, once you’ve chosen between a black or brown leather exterior and a blue or green interior, the practical nature of the case becomes more apparent with cut-outs for every port and control a wealth of pockets offering storage for cards and cash alike.

It’s unlikely you’ll have too much need for a wallet when you’ve got this in your pocket.

  • Lenmar- Maven Undead Power Battery Case – $90

Forget about protection and style, this is perhaps the most practical case on our list. The Undead Power Battery Case can actually charge your phone whilst protecting it.

With a 3000 mAh battery it will deliver a full charge to your iPhone so you needn’t worry about running out of charge whilst you’re on the go.

This means that for the price you’re getting a decent bang for your buck, because this means you won’t have to splash out on a power bank and a decent protective case.

Despite this technical advantage the cover is still relatively slim and not bad in regard to style which possibly makes it the best all-round case on this list but then again it depends what you prefer: style, protection or practicality?
