Bob Store Customer Survey (Last Update April 13, 2016)

  • Take a short survey related to a purchase at Bob’s Store Family Apparel and Footwear
  • All feedback will help improve customer service

The survey will take a few minutes to complete and customers will need the location of the particular Bob’s in which the purchase was made.  Bob’s provides quality footwear and family clothing with locations in the following states: Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, New Jersey, and Rhode Island. Mr. Lapidus goal from day one was to “Treat all customers with respect and dignity and they will return again and again”… today that slogan still rings true with all Bob’s location as they strive to provide the best customer service and keep people coming back for more.  Bob’s Stores specializes in the sales of footwear, workwear, teamwear, and activewear.  The firm also offers a reward program design for frequent shoppers.  The Bob’s Stores reward program allows customers to earn points on every purchase made at Bob’s.  Once a customer has earned 200 points they can exchange then for a $10 gift certificate that can be used at any Bob’s Store location.

Bob’s Reward Program Notes…

  • Customers will earn 1 point for ever 1 dollar spent (online or in stores)
  • Members will receive a $10 gift certificate for simply signing up (a valid email address is required at the time of sing up)
  • Members will get s surprise gift on their Birthday
  • Bob’s will email special offers and coupons to program members from time to time

Please note customers must be 13 years of age or older in order to sign up for the Bob’s Store reward program and they must have their Best Of Bob’s card on hand when making a purchase in order to earn points.  Members are limited to one $10 dollar gift certificate per week regardless of how much money they spend at Bob’s.
