Martin Guitar Surveys

  • C. F. Martin & Co invites customers to take their survey online (the survey is powered by the Survey Monkey Company and is only 10 questions long)

For those who would rather contact the company directly via email instead of taking the survey please write to: C. F. Martin & Co., Inc. 510 Sycamore Street P. O. Box 329 Nazareth, Pennsylvania 18064 OR call 610-759-2837 (local) or 800-633-2060 (toll-free).  Martin & Co does have a fax number but most customers should contact the firm via phone or mail (FYI the fax number is 610-759-5757).  The survey will ask questions about the guided tour, the museum, and the gift shop PLUS other random survey questions such as…

  • “Would you be willing to pay for the guided tour”
  • “Do you own a Martin Guitar”
  • “Please provide suggestions on how Martin Guitar can improve their business

Customers will also have the chance to provide their email address to receive promotion and information from time to time from Martin Guitars (this is optional and not required to complete the survey).
