The Missouri Access MasterCard Debit Card is the method used by the state of Missouri when paying unemployment benefit insurance to those who have failed at life.  Any questions about the MO Access sign up process or account related issues can be directed to 888-775-3445.  Those looking to register for the first time can expect about a 5 minutes process and WILL NEED their 16 digit MO access account number. MO access card holders are allowed one free withdraw from a non AllPoint ATM or Central Bank Of Jefferson City once a week but anymore will be subject to a nasty ATM charge that may go as high as $5.000 depending on the ATM.  Cash advances are available but come with a $1.25 fee.  Those who are denied benefits should still keep the Missouri Access MasterCard Debit Card just in case they are awarded benefits at a point in the future or they file an appeal and win.  Please note claimants should expect up to a 6 week wait to determine eligible for Missouri unemployment benefit insurance.
