- Pizza Hut wants to know what the customer really thinks about their stores and are offering a £1,000 sweepstakes reward (and a 2 for 1 voucher coupon) to customers who take part in the UK Pizza Hut Survey

The survey will ask a variety of questions about the Pizza served at the Hut along with recommendations in regards to who they can improve. All feedback will be directed to the individual Pizza Hut in which the visit took place and the information will never be marketed to a third party.

To take the Tell Pizza Hut UK survey online please have the following information:
- Pizza Hut receipt number (example: 12345678901234)
- The amount spent (i.e. 15.99)
- The servers name (i.e. Stacy)
Once the survey has been completed in full the customer will have the chance to sign up for the £1,000 sweepstakes and the 2 for 1 Voucher. The odds of winning the £1,000 will depend on how many people sign up for the sweepstakes during the course of the week/month and the 2 for 1 coupon voucher can be used at any Pizza Hut in the United Kingdom. The Tell Pizza Hut UK promotion is Void where prohibited and a bothersome skill testing question may be required based on where the winner lives.
