  • Submit a claim online related to the class action lawsuit against Wal-Mart in regards to not paying a full refund to consumers to include the sales tax that was paid at the time of sale

The Wal-Mart Sales Tax Class Lawsuit was heard by the honorable Judge James Gwin and is in the jurisdiction of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.  Settlement compensation in the case will come in the form of a settlement credit issued by Wal-Mart (aka gift cards in the amounts of $3 to $15).

Who are class members?

  • Class members in the Walmart Sales Tax Settlement case have until December 18th 2015 to file a claim
  • The $3 credit can also be used at any Sam’s Club store as long as the class member is a member of the club
