Erratchu Flowers Settlement

• Learn more about the FTD Floral Arrangement Substitution Class Action Settlement entitled Rachelle Erratchu v. FTD.COM Inc

The case is in the jurisdiction of the California Superior Court for the County of Los Angeles and includes anyone who purchased flowers from FTD from April 1, 2011 until March 31, 2015.  The lead plaintiff in the case is Rachelle Erratchu and was filed in the summer of 2015.  Rachelle Erratchu claims that flowers of lesser quality were substituted for two arrangements that she purchased.  Class members contend that the firm did not properly disclose its substitution policy.

• All claim forms must in by Nov. 3, 2015
• Class members are only allowed to come from the state of California and have a California billing address
• Class members will receive a settlement in the form of a coupon worth $8.50 to $20
• The fairness hearing will be held on 12/2/15

Is proof of purchase required?… Claimants must provide the approximate date on which they purchased a floral arrangement from FTD.com, along with a copy of a government-issued identification card to prove their identity.
