Proform Dervice Registration

• Register a Proform product online with the model number

Customers who act quick and register within the first 30 days of owning the product will receive an additional 90 days warranty extension at no added cost.  When registering the product the customer MUST have the following information

• model number
• version number
• serial number

Failure to provide any of the above information when registering a Proform service product may result in the warranty becoming void.  Any questions about ProForm Registration by email can be directed to customerservice@iconcanada.ca (please allow up to 48 hours for a Proform customer service agent to respond).  Besides the above listed numbers customers will also have to provide their name, address, phone number, where the product was purchased (i.e. Sears), the date of purchase, and how the Profrom product cost.  Common products that are registered for a Proform warranty include Treadmills, Ellipticals, Exercise Bikes, Hybrid Trainer, and Rowers.

• When sending an email to Proform please provide the key number and quantity of parts as it will help in the process
• The order number will be required to find the status of an order
