Rams Head Settlement

The Rams Head lawsuit is entitled Bogdan v. Rams Head at Baltimore, LLC and claims that Rams Head LLC charged customer more money for Rams Head Live! and Pier 6 Pavilion than the city of Baltimore allowed.  Rams Head LLC denies all actions of wrong doing but has agreed to toss money at the lawsuit to make the problem vanish.  Class members are defined as anyone who made a purchase between the dates of March 14, 2011 until March 14, 2013.  A purchase under the Rams Head Settlement is considered “tickets for admission to an event or events at Rams Head where Rams Head or its agent collected charges in excess of the regular or established price of the ticket”.

Rams Head has agreed to provide a $5.00 Settlement Certificate to anyone who purchased a ticket as defined by the lawsuit settlement.  The Bogdan v. Rams Head at Baltimore class action lawsuit is case number 24-C-14-001369 and more information about the case can be directed to 1-866-416-0311.

Please note…

• A hearing will be held on March 10, 2015 at 10:00 a.m to determine if the settlement is up to par
• Class members in the Rams Head Settlement case will be represented by the high power law firm Gordon, Wolf & Carney, Chtd.
• Gordon, Wolf & Carney is based in the city of Towson, Maryland
• Gordon, Wolf & Carney will be paid a minimum of $200,000 under the terms of the settlement (the class members will pay NOTHING out of pocket)
• Class members have until January 1, 2016 to register for a $5.00 Settlement Rams Head Certificate
• Failure to register by 1/1/16 will result in the class member getting nothing
