- Tell Champion Sports about a shopping experience through their online survey and earn a sweepstakes entry to potentially win a £100.00 Gift Card which can be redeemed at any J D Sports, Size, Bank, Champion or Cloggs location
The Champion Feedback survey is open to all legal residents in the UK (or Erie) who are 18 years of age or older. No purchase is required to enter the Champion Sports £100.00 Gift Card Survey sweepstakes and Market Force Information (Europe) Limited will administer the prize draw (Market Force European operations are based at Mount Mill Farm Wicken Milton Keynes MK19 6DG). The odds of winning the £100.00 Gift Card will depend on the number of customers that take the survey and sign up for the sweepstakes.

- By entering, entrants agree that the Promoter or its clients shall not bear any liability for, and entrants agree to release, indemnify and hold Promoter harmless from any losses, damages, claims, actions and any liability of any kind resulting from participation
- The Champion Feedback Prize draws will take place on or around the 5th day of each month for the previous month
- Only one entry is allowed per week regardless of the amount of cash money spent at a Champions location
- Winners will be contacted by email within 21 days (or 3 weeks) of the drawing date
- The £100.00 CHAMPION Gift Card cannot be redeemed for cash
