For customers who have dined at a TGI Fridays restaurant in Malaysia or Singapore, logon to take a survey and share the details of your visit to Fridays. Customers who logon for this survey will be greeted by a message from Andy Dhillon, the Director of Operations for TGI Fridays in the nations of Singapore and Malaysia. The receipt from TGI Fridays (with the four digit store location number) will be needed to finish the survey. Customers who take the TGI Fridays customer survey do not need to answer every question to complete the survey.

Founded in New York City in 1965, TGI Fridays has almost 1,000 locations across the world, including Ireland, Malaysia, Barbados, the United States, and beyond. Until 2005, TGI Fridays was known for the many pieces of “flair” their staff wore, which was a number of buttons or badges. The flair at TGI Friday’s was parodied in the movie Office Space.

TGI Fridays is also known for the constant use of red and white stripes throughout the decor of their restaurants, including their “Stripes” loyalty program. Frequent visitors to TGI Fridays will want to sign up for the “Stripes” loyalty program, which lets visitors rack up rewards to earn points for free food, access to special Fridays events, coupons, special promotions, and more. TGI Fridays Stripes loyalty program is open to anyone 18 and older.
