The bonus download from Than’s Thank you will be free online access and the ability to download and share Than’s “Money Resource Guide” and “VIP Success Package” which will be updated every 6 months.  The Money Resource Guide includes information in regards to Assignments, Hard Money, Seller Financing, Lines of Credit and Retirement Accounts WHILE the VIP Success Package that includes: Twelve Commandments of How Wealthy People Think (discusses how and why how certain high power real estate investors think before they dive into the mechanics and how-tos of investing in real estate)| The Negotiation Playbook (pretty solid information about how to build, maintain, and improve a real estate business) | The Real Estate Investors Vocabulary Guide (somewhat like a dictonary for real estate gurus).

• These downloads are free BUT only available to those who had to sit through the Than’s Real Estate training class (which is pretty much a form of torture)
• The Money Resource Guide is essentially a book related to flipping real estate which went out of style years ago
• The books are ONLY available for download and are not available in paper format

The Than Merrill’s Real Estate Training class is two hours long class to help people learn how to flip houses and make money.  When you Google the term “Than Merrill’s Real Estate Training” many sites references the class as a scam appear and their is even a YouTube video entitled Than Merrill | Is There A Than Merrill Scam – YouTube.

Some experts can make $70,000 or $80,000 a year flipping real estate BUT most people will lose money or barely make a profit.  In most cases it is advised to lead flipping houses to the experts who have years of experience and inside industry connection.
