Wells Fargo MLO Settlement

• Learn more about a class action lawsuit against Wells Fargo in regards to claimed violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act and Illinois labor laws

The class action lawsuit is entitled Dylan Hoffman v. Wells Fargo & Company and is pending in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division.  The class members claim that Wells Fargo broke federal and state laws when by improperly designating loan officers as exempt from overtime pay.  Class members in the Wells Fargo MLO Settlement case include any home mortgage consultant, mortgage consultant, and/or private mortgage banker employees of Wells Fargo (or Wachovia) who worked at these firms from Aug. 29, 2008 and March 26, 2011.

Please note…

• Dylan Hoffman originally filed the lawsuit in 2011
• Settlements could be $100 or more
• Five Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($5,000.00) will be paid out to the Class Representative
• The deadline to file a claim in the Wells Fargo MLO Settlement is 11/10/2015
• The laws that were violated via the class members are the FLSA, Illinois Minimum Wage Law and the Illinois Wage Payment and Collection Act
• A fairness hearing will take place at U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois on 12/4/2015

Wells Fargo Bank & Company Settlement Administrator address shown above).
