First Niagara Rewards
- Sign in or register for First Niagara Credit Card Rewards online
For those who already have a reward account simply provide their username and password to access Niagara rewards. Those who do not have a First Niagara Rewards account will have to register with their card number (the registration process should only take a few minutes at most). For customers who have misplaced or lost their password or user name they can still access theaccount by re-registering with the given credit card number.

- This service allows a Niagara card holder to view an account summary, check out recent transactions and make payments all from the comfort of their home computer
- Online account service is free for those with a First Niagara credit card
- Looking to dispute a charge related to a Niagara card purchase? Please dial 1-800-626-0900 (this number also works for stolen cards)
- Payments can be made online, by mail or at any First Niagara branch
- Unless the First Niagara customer elects to receive a statement online, use of this service will not have any effect on whether or not you get a paper statement in the mail
