• Customers who have dined at a Lucille’s Smokehouse BBQ restaurant in California, Nevada, or Arizona can take a short survey about their visit and get a coupon for a free appetizer on their next visit
• Each diner who finishes the Lucille’s survey will also be entered for the chance to win a $100 Lucille’s gift card
• Any age can take the Lucille’s BBQ survey, but entrants for the $100 Lucille’s card must be at least 18 years old at the time of their entry

To start taking the Lucille’s BBQ survey, customers will need to enter the survey invitation code printed on their Lucille’s receipt. This is a one time use code, and will send feedback directly to the Lucille’s location that the customer visited.
