My Hilton Club

My Hilton Club members who need to login to an account can do so by using a Hilton HHonors Number, a Hilton Honors username, or a Hilton Club Member Number (each one will get users to the same page). Users who have not set up an account username  will be asked to create one after logging in with  a Club Member Number or when signing up for a new account. The My Hilton Club headquarters and Hilton Grand Vacation Club headquarters are located in Orlando, Florida.

What happened to the old My Hilton Club?

What used to be the My Hilton Club has now been converted to the Hilton Grand Vacations Club. Starting Jan. 1, 2017, the My Hilton service is no longer being used (however, site will not be updated). Members will need to use the Hilton Grand Vacations service to see the most recently updated information. Members who still wish to access their Hilton account information through the old site, can do so by entering the same login credentials they have always used.

After logging  into an account members can track accumulated points, transfer points, or find out how many points it takes to stay at a resort.  Those who are in need of assistance can try reaching out to a Hilton Club representative by phone or through mail correspondence.
